When I try to download a video I get '403 Forbidden' error. How to solve this problem?
We have released the new version 6.42 build 57 where this problem should be fixed. Please update IDM to the latest version using "Help->Check for updates..." IDM main menu item or download and install this latest version of IDM.
Then restart your browser for all changes to take effect.
Check that you have IDM 6.42 build 57 in IDM "Help->About" dialog, and verify that you have 6.42.50 version of "IDM integration module" extension in your browsers.
