It's possible that you have copied the link from IDM registration e-mail incorrectly. The link should be in one line and look as follows:
The link could be split on 2 lines in e-mail by your e-mail client. In this case just join the lines in the Address field of your browser and be careful.
Also please don't mix 0 (zero) and O (ou), I and 1 when entering the address manually!
