IDM integration into Internet Explorer does not work. What should I do?
Download panel for video is not shown or shown in some wrong place. What should I do?
Maybe IDM add-on for Interner Explorer has a conflict with some other add-on(s).
Please use "Tools→Manage add-ons" ("Tools→Manage aAd-ons→Enable or Disable Add-ons" for older versions) Internet Explorer main menu item.
Then disable all add-ons but "IDM Integration (IDMIEHlprObj Class)" and Shockwave Flash Object and restart Internet Explorer.
If our add-on will start working, enable other add-ons one by one to detect which one is causing the conflict. If you find such add-on, please report it to us.
